Our Process and Shipping Times:

Tumblers & Nerd Steins

All Tumblers are handmade at the time of order. I use multiple different techniques including hydro dipping, tumbler wrapping, resin twists, and alcohol ink painting to name a few. For Hydro dipping the dipped color pattern you receive will not be exactly the same as you see in the picture and no two items will ever be the same.  Tumblers and Nerd Steins have an expected shipping time of 7-12 business days. This is due to the curing time of the paint and the resin. Please reach out to me if you need something quicker and we can discuss your options. I do keep some completed items for craft shows and comic cons so I might have what you are looking for on the storage shelf. The Production times may be quicker or slower than listed. If you need the mug sooner than the listed production time, please choose "express" at checkout or send me a message and I can let you know if I can get it out quicker.  

 

Sublimated Items and Vinyls (Tumblers, Cutting Boards, Towels, Golf Towels, Coffee Mugs, Coasters)

All Sublimated items are handmade but the process is much quicker then they are for Tumblers and Nerd Steins. Sublimated items have an expected shipping time of 2-4 business days.

 1: Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen, as every screen is different, and has different         color tones.

 3: Remember every item in my store is handmade and slight variations do occur.

 5:The Production times may be quicker or slower than listed. If you need an item sooner than the listed production time please send me a message and I can let you know if I can get it out quicker.  

 

Most orders arrive within 12 to 16 days of the order being placed (within United States). This gives us around 7-10 days to get the item made and ready to ship. Then of course the time in transit till it arrives at your door.

Canada, Australia and the UK can occasionally take longer (depends on the size mug you order and customs).

International Orders* can take up to 6 weeks to arrive depending where they are going.

*We are happy to send our mugs anywhere in the world, we will pack and address accordingly, but we have no control over the shipping / postal delivery services in other countries, and cannot be held at fault if we ship a mug to an obscure part of the world, and it doesn't arrive, or takes longer than expected.

We pack and ship all our breakable items securely to ensure a safe delivery, but if a item does get broken while in transit, we will always replace it free of charge. Please just send a message and picture of the broken item and we will take care of the rest.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund/Return Policy

All refunds/returns/exchanges for all handmade goods are decided on a case-by-case basis. I want you to be thrilled with your purchase & will do what I can to help you be happy.

​

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation and photos are needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund.
